Professionally trained staff work collaboratively with each individual using a customer-centered service model, to effectively move job seekers forward into the high demand occupations and growth industries that interest them.
Delaware County residents may decide to pursue training to earn a certification in a High Priority Occupation (HPO). Interested parties must meet eligibility and suitability criteria under the WIOA Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
Skilled training is available through approved, licensed schools for those that qualify. Programs and services can be provided that promote skills development and workplace readiness.
