Are You Returning From Incarceration?

A Step-Up Program in Delaware County helps individuals find employment. Whether you have a criminal record or have received treatment for addiction, you may be eligible for our program. EDSI will help you create a resume, conduct mock interviews and go over how to explain your record to employers. Participants will meet with our Business Services Representatives who will go over your employment interests and connect you with employers that are hiring in your preferred field. We assist with transportation needs and interview clothing, and help you find a career, regardless of your criminal record.
