PA CareerLink® is here to help Delaware County job seekers acquire the workplace skills needed to be competitive when entering or

re-entering today’s dynamic and highly skilled workforce. Professionally trained staff work collaboratively with each individual using a customer-centered service model, to effectively move job seekers forward into the high demand occupations and growth industries that interest them.

Individual Skilled Training

Delaware County residents may decide to pursue training to earn a certification in a High Priority Occupation (HPO). Interested parties must meet eligibility and suitability criteria under the WIOA Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.


Not every job seeker needs, desires or qualifies for funding. However, there are programs and services that promote skills development and workplace readiness are in place to serve those who do qualify.
