The Business Interface (BI) Job Placement Staff provides career and job coaching to clients enrolled in its programs.
These contractors provide career and job coaching to clients enrolled in their programs. The goal of coaching is to help guide clients toward a career that has the potential for long-term success, family sustaining wages and advancement. Case management services include a range of supports designed to help individuals reach of level of stability during program participation and beyond. Delaware County Career Services Programs
Job placement services entail a variety of activities designed to fully prepare individuals for long-term sustainability and movement towards a career goal. From week one clients are assigned a team of staff that works to identify the best job/skill match and then designs an employment plan to help reach the goal.
